Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed. During busy periods, or where an order requires verification, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery method
We dispatch orders using a tracked Royal Mail service. A tracking reference is provided so you can follow your parcel to delivery.
Shipping cost
A flat tracked-shipping rate applies to most orders. Shipping is free on orders over £99. The exact charge is shown before you confirm payment.
Delivery area
We ship to Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or any international destination. Orders to excluded areas will be cancelled and refunded.
Order verification & right to refuse
We may verify orders before dispatch and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the purchaser or suspect misuse. Any payment taken for a refused order is refunded.
Transfer of risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone is able to receive the parcel.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs of the packaging and affected items. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
