• Order records — the products you ordered and your order reference.

We do not knowingly collect any special-category data, and we do not process card or bank-account numbers ourselves.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work (for example, to remember your age confirmation and cart) and, where enabled, to understand site usage through analytics tools. Analytics tags load only once configured; you can control cookies through your browser settings.

Payments via Open Banking

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Wallid, using Open Banking (Pay-by-Bank). When you pay, you are redirected to authorise the payment directly with your own bank. We do not see or store your banking credentials or card details. Wallid processes the payment as a separate controller under its own privacy terms.

How we use your data

We use your data to process and dispatch orders, to verify orders where necessary, to respond to enquiries, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to improve the site. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running the business securely, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We share data only as needed: with our payment partner to take payment, with couriers to deliver your order, and with service providers who host or support the site. We may disclose data where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR (and, where applicable, EU GDPR) you have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. Under-18s

Our site and products are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
