Questions before you pay
Why can’t I pay by card?
We use Pay-by-Bank instead of cards. You approve the payment inside your own banking app, so no card number is ever typed on this site or stored by us — there is nothing for anyone to steal later.
It also costs us far less than card processing, which is part of how the prices stay where they are.
Is it safe to use my banking app?
Yes, and you never give us your banking login. Tapping pay opens your own bank, you approve with Face ID or your fingerprint, and your bank tells us it went through. We never see your credentials or your balance.
The connection is handled by Fena, an FCA-regulated open banking provider. It is the same technology your bank already uses for its own transfers.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and sent tracked with Royal Mail from Great Britain. You get a tracking link by email the moment it is dispatched.
Delivery is £4.95, or free on orders over £75. We ship to Great Britain only.
Is the delivery discreet?
The outer parcel is plain. No branding, no product names, nothing on the outside that says what is inside — it looks like any other tracked Royal Mail delivery, so it is fine to have it sent to a work address or taken in by a neighbour.
Inside, the product comes in Protiva-branded packaging with its batch certificate, so you can confirm exactly what you have received.
How do I know what’s actually in the vial?
Every batch is tested by an independent lab at ≥99% HPLC purity, and the certificate of analysis for your batch ships in the box.

What if something is wrong with my order?
Email support@protivalabs.co.uk and we will sort it. Damaged, incorrect or missing items are covered if you tell us within 7 days of delivery — the full terms are in our refunds policy.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us and we can still change or cancel it.
Is this legal to buy in the UK?
Yes, as research reference material. Everything here is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or veterinary consumption. You must be 18 or over and based in the UK.
That is what the confirmation box above is for, and it is why we do not publish dosing information of any kind.
