Refunds & Returns Policy
Why our returns policy is strict
Our products are research chemicals. Once a sealed vial has left our control, we cannot verify its storage or handling, and it cannot be re-sold or re-entered into stock. For that reason we are unable to accept returns of correctly supplied products.
No returns once dispatched
Except in the circumstances below, orders cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispatched.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order reference and clear photographs of the outer packaging and the affected item(s). Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Replacement or refund
Where a valid claim is accepted, whether we provide a replacement or a refund is at our reasonable discretion, taking into account stock availability and the nature of the issue.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where a return or refund is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).
Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. If we are able to stop the order in time, we will refund the amount paid. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
How to make a claim
Email us with your order reference and any supporting photographs. We aim to respond promptly and to resolve valid claims fairly.
